RUNIC KNIGHTS - March 31 2007 

The RUNIC KNIGHTS started March 31 2007, as two lost souls , Meldor and Taolin,  trying to figure out a new game, Lord of the Rings Online. Our only real motto, if you help me I'll try to help you. We are all new, we approach the game to be casual, friendly, and just try and help each other. Who would have ever figured we would be FULL after only 30 days. To accomodate a few new people, we need some method of trimming old inactive users. If you have not logged into LotRo as your MAIN or one of your ATLs in 60 days, there is a chance you might have your character temporarily removed, until we can add you back again.  

• • The kinship is founded on the belief that a Runic Knight must first and foremost find enjoyment in their pursuits within the game. The kinship strives to assist its members in their individual and collective goals.

All members of the Runic Knights will conduct them- selves in such a manner that they will never bring shame or dishonor upon the Name of the Runic Knights. Members must never verbally assault other members in public areas or forums. Problems between members should be handled privately. Members are expected to treat other members with respect and honor at all times. Members of the Runic Knights should always keep one thing in mind.

Cursing

1. An emmotional curse word, can be overlooked
2. Cursing to be funny can get you a warning
3. Continued cursing can get you another warning
4. Third occurance will require you to be suspended
5. One officer must be online to confirm suspension
6. Two officers agreeing can execute a suspension

Whining

1. An emmotional Whining moment, can be overlooked
2. Whining to be cute can get you a warning
3. Continued Whining can get you another warning

Harassment/Disrespect

1. Harassment can give a warning
2. A harassment can be considered up to 3 warnings at once
3. A harassment can be anything considered repetative
4. A harassment can be complaining that no one will help you.

Note: A suspension has no defined time limit, it can be 5 minutes, it could be 5 months, it could be five years, up to the officers to decide after the decision has been made. Kinchat is a general talk channel for all members. If one person feels threatened, insulted, offended, taken back by the general flow of chat and an officer has to ask that the conversation change and or cease-and-desist then it ENDS right there....Many conversations that people have in a small fellowship or over /tell are all fine, but we do not allow them over Kinchat...Most of the time a simple suggestion may be given to you to move that topic/convo out of kinchat. This will be handled from an officer to you via the ingame /tell username ...but when/if topic continues, it is considered harrassment, and officers are instructed to escalate and deliberate with other officers online at the time, and issue a warning. All warnings are then listed in the offciers section for review by Meldor, Hestah, and Chavo the recruiting director. Thanks Odorfo & Hestah
